FAQ

What is a Bar Hop?

A bar hop is an organised event where participants socialise at multiple bars in a single night, often with a set itinerary or theme. It’s a fun way to meet new people, try various drinks, and party.

How does Bar Hop Hong Kong work?

Book your bar hop online (and Save up to 30%) or pay walk-in price at the first venue.
Meet our fantastic hosts and collect your BHHK wristband when you arrive at the initial venue.
Enjoy drinks deal depending on the bar hop you picked and free shots at each bar.
Socialise and get to know your fellow hoppers. Get ready to dance, drink, and have the time of your life! End the night at one of our top clubs packed with partygoers and dance the night away!

Is the Daylight Bar Hop tram ride a regular public tram ride or a party tram ride?

The tram ride is a Hong Kong regular tram where our already tipsy guests can take after the first bar to the second bar!

What is included in the ticket price?

They include entry to the bars, private lounges and complimentary shots. Check the specific event details for more information.

Do I need to buy tickets in advance?

Yes, we recommend purchasing tickets in advance to secure your spot, as some bar hops may have limited availability and it’s cheaper to buy early!

What time does the event start and end?

Start and end times can vary by event. Typically, bar hops start in the early evening and last for several hours. Please check the event details for specific times. There are also daylight hops which end in the evening. And of course, at the last venue, you are free to stay as long as you want with the new people you met!

Can I bring my friends who are not part of the bar hop?

While we encourage everyone to join the fun, only ticketed participants will be allowed at the designated bars during the event. Or you can purchase your friend a ticket as a gift!

What should I wear?

Dress codes may vary by bar, but we recommend smart casual attire. Comfortable shoes are a must, as you’ll be walking between venues.

What if I can’t keep up with the group?

We encourage everyone to enjoy the experience at their own pace. If you need to take a break or go at a slower pace, feel free to do so. Just make sure to let the hosts know so they could point you to the next meeting point.

What happens if it rains?

Most bar hops will proceed rain or shine unless there is extreme weather. Please check with the event organisers for any event updates in such cases.

Can I cancel or get a refund for my ticket?

We do not provide refunds for cancellation but we do allow guests to postpone their tickets to the next hop once.
